Key transaction terms (for online orders)

Sales price
The price (including consumption tax, if applicable) is displayed on the product/service page and again in the checkout/order flow before you place an order, as required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976).
Additional fees
Any additional fees (e.g., shipping, handling, installation, bank transfer fees) are shown in the checkout/order flow before ordering. If none apply, the checkout will indicate “no additional fees”.
Payment methods
Available methods are shown at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, other methods offered on the site).
Payment timing
One-time purchases: charged at the time of order confirmation (or at the time specified at checkout). Subscriptions/recurring: charged on the initial order date and each renewal date as shown on the final confirmation screen, in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976).
Provision / delivery timing
Digital services/content: generally available immediately after payment confirmation (or on the start date shown at checkout). Physical goods (if offered): shipped according to the estimated ship date shown at checkout.
Subscription/contract term
For recurring plans, the billing cycle (e.g., monthly/annual), recurring amount, renewal timing, and any minimum term (if applicable) are clearly displayed in the order flow and on the final confirmation screen to prevent “subscription trap” misunderstandings, as required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976).

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Internet mail order transactions do not have a statutory cooling-off period. Our cancellation/return conditions below apply, and returns-related information is also presented on the final screen where you finalize the offer, in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976) and the Regulations for Enforcement of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Ordinance of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry No. 89 of 1976).

  • Subscriptions: You may cancel before the next renewal from your account settings or by contacting us (email/phone). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout screen states otherwise. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable after the service period has started.
  • Digital content/services: Once provided/accessible, returns are generally not accepted due to the nature of digital delivery, unless the service is defective or otherwise required by law.
  • Physical goods (if offered): Return eligibility, return window, return shipping responsibility, and any restocking/processing fees are shown at checkout and on the final confirmation screen. Defective or incorrect items will be handled promptly.

Note: We aim to present terms fairly and clearly. Certain unfair solicitation or unfair terms may be voided or cancelled under the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of May 12, 2000).
