Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-07-23
1) Service overview
braillinterfa.quest provides subscription-based remote installation assistance, device/app setup guidance, and support. The Service is not medical care, emergency response, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Do not rely on the Service for urgent situations.
2) Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract. If you are acting for another person, you represent you have authority. You are responsible for account credentials and for accurate order information.
3) Supported environment
Compatibility depends on your devices, OS versions, network conditions, and third-party services. We may decline or limit support for unsupported or insecure environments. We do not guarantee that all third-party products will work as expected.
4) Scheduling, access, and customer responsibilities
- Appointments are provided remotely at the times shown in the booking flow.
- You must provide necessary access (e.g., screen-share, device settings permissions) and follow instructions.
- Rescheduling/cancellation of an appointment should be made before the stated cut-off in the booking flow; missed appointments may be counted as used time.
5) Fees, billing, and auto-renewal
Subscription fees, billing interval (e.g., monthly/annual), any setup fees, and applicable taxes are shown in the order flow before you place an order. Unless otherwise stated in the order flow, fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period and renew automatically until canceled. The final confirmation screen must show the recurring price structure and key terms to help prevent subscription misunderstandings (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976)).
6) Payment method and timing
Accepted payment methods and payment timing are displayed during checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the selected payment method for initial and recurring charges according to your plan (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976)).
7) Provision timing
Access starts after successful order completion/payment confirmation, as described in the order flow. Appointment-based support is provided at scheduled times (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976)).
8) Cancellation, refunds, and returns
You can cancel auto-renewal by following the in-account cancellation steps or contacting us using the details below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the order flow states otherwise. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable for the used portion of a billing period, except where required by law or for billing errors. Any special conditions (including where refunds are not available) will be shown in the order flow and on the final confirmation screen (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976), Regulations for Enforcement of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Ordinance of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry No. 89 of 1976)).
9) Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, or request illegal activity. We may suspend/terminate for violations or security risk, consistent with consumer-protection rules (Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of May 12, 2000)).
10) Warranties and limitation of liability
We provide the Service with reasonable care. Except as required by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or third-party service failures. Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited under applicable consumer law (Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of May 12, 2000)).
11) Marketing and representations
Our descriptions aim to be accurate and not misleading. We do not guarantee specific outcomes; please review product/service details in context (Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (Act No. 134 of May 15, 1962), Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976)).
12) Personal information
We use personal information (and may use cookies/device identifiers) for purposes such as providing support, account administration, billing, and responding to inquiries; we implement appropriate security measures and handle data within the stated purposes. If personal data is provided to third parties (including overseas service providers), required transparency/consent steps may apply (Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003)). Privacy inquiries: [email protected].
13) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise (Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of May 12, 2000)).
